Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa, who also plays for Al-Nassr Football Club in Saudi Arabia described the rumour of him contracted coronavirus as fake news.

Musa who returned from his club in Saudi Arabia to Nigeria with his family are observing the compulsory 14 days self-isoation upon his return to the country

Equally important, he disclosed this on his verified handle on the micro-blogging site, Twitter.

“Please, ignore any false news about me or my family testing positive to COVID-19.

We are self-isolating for 14 days as we just got in from Saudi Arabia, as the law stipulates. Stay safe! Maintain social distance,’’ he tweeted.
